To assist you in preparing and completing your application, below is an overview of how the process will work:

• Fill out the Standard questionnaire and the payment form online. Then submit.
• We will e-mail you a (a) Visa application questionnaire and (b) a checklist of documents required to support your application.
• Print the attachments that we have e-mailed you.
• Proceed by filling out the Visa Application Questionnaire. Do not leave any blank spaces on the questionnaire.  Enter 'N/A" when the information being asked does not apply to you.
• Review the list of required supporting documents to be attached to the Visa Application Questionnaire.
• Mail all the documents back.
• We prepare yoru application together with all necessary supporting documentation ready for signing and mailing to BCIS.
• Your application package is then mailed to you for signing and forwarding to the BCIS.  An addressed envelope is included.
